As a Lead Generator / Business Developer, you’ll be the first person new clinics talk to, sparking conversations, building relationships, and helping them see what’s possible with the right marketing strategy.

A Day in the Life of a Lead Generator/Business Developer at Practice Promotions
Start the Day with Momentum
Your day kicks off in HubSpot and Monday.com, reviewing new leads, active conversations, and follow-ups waiting for attention. You respond to clinic owners who reached out overnight, then move into targeted outreach—calls, emails, or creative touchpoints tailored to each PT, OT, or chiropractic clinic. The goal is simple: spark genuine conversations and uncover real needs.
Connect, Listen, and Qualify
Late morning and early afternoon are all about meaningful interaction. You talk with clinic owners about their growth challenges, ask sharp questions, and pinpoint whether our marketing solutions fit what they’re trying to achieve. When the interest is real, you schedule qualified appointments for the Account Executives and log everything cleanly in the CRM. You keep conversations moving with thoughtful follow-ups that stand out instead of sounding canned.
Close Out Strong and Set Up Tomorrow
Your afternoon focuses on maintaining momentum: reviewing outreach performance, adjusting messaging, and collaborating briefly with the sales team on what you’re hearing from the field. You work through your remaining tasks, update dashboards, and make sure tomorrow’s pipeline is ready. By the end of the day, you’ve booked appointments, nurtured relationships, and built the foundation for another productive day.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with physical therapy and healthcare clinic owners to understand their goals, challenges, and growth potential.
- Reach out to inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
- Personalize outreach using thoughtful follow-ups, creative ideas, and genuine conversations.
- Track activities and progress in HubSpot and Monday.com.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, share insights, and improve performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone confident, curious, and naturally great at building relationships.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up.
- Comfortable working in CRM tools like HubSpot or Monday.com.
- Creative thinker who enjoys finding new ways to grab someone’s attention.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 USD per year
- Commission: $25,000–$40,000 USD annually, based on performance
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000 USD per year for top performers
